Youth Fitness class
The results are in. Kids love the Youth Fitness Class!
This 6 week, outdoor training program, has been designed by the USI Youth Development team to help improve the level of fitness of each and every participant. With the unique style of athletic exercise, the USI approach toward youth fitness also improves athleticism!
The class utilizes multiple styles of training to keep your child motivated & stimulated with exercise:
- agility training
- conditioning games
- body weight strengthening
- beginner speed training

The USI Youth Development team is comprised of professional youth instructors with backgrounds in exercise science, are nationally certified, and have experience with training multiple age groups and abilities.
Class details:
6 week program: Ages 9-12
Class is offered everyday Monday through Thursday
Participants have the choice of any 2 or 3 days per week!
6 week program for only $190!
